Frequently Asked Questions! 

How to request a quote:

Please email us with the items you love along with your full name, date of wedding, guest count, venue, and any other questions you may have. Email rusticglamrentalco@hotmail.com. Once we get your information we will send you a quote. 

How to secure rentals for your special day:

In order to reserve for your special day we require a 50% down payment, and the full payment must be paid by your event date. Changes can be made up to 2 weeks before your wedding date. 

Delivery:

We are willing to deliver with a rental order minimum of $50. All deliveries will be $25 and cost per mile depending on where you live. Please let us know if you need delivery in advance so we can add that to your quote.

Feel free to pickup for free at our location.

Items Damaged or lost:

All items that are damaged must be paid in full! For large orders we do charge a damage deposit which is returned once everything is back in perfect condition. 

On a budget?

We are willing to work with people on a budget! If you love an item but it's out of your price range send us an email anyways and we can work something out, all in reason of course!
